Bearded Butchers Mahogany Summer Sausage Casings are 2.5-inch diameter by 20-inch long fibrous casings designed for making smoked summer sausage. Each package contains 10 non-edible casings with a combined capacity of approximately 25-30 lbs of meat. The casings are filled to about 2 inches from the open end and secured using the included twist ties. Remove the casing before eating the finished sausage.
