Return Policy
Product World USA, (PWUSA) customers must obtain Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to PWUSA. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.
PWUSA will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA email us at returns@productworldusa.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
PWUSA will not be obligated to accept any returns of product excluding returns of defective product or mis-shipments. RA #'s have a validity period of 20 days from the date of issue.
Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to PWUSA for any reason other than a mis-shipment of product will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Product must have a RA # and be received by us in original condition and packaging and within 15 days of our shipping date, or it will not be accepted for return.
Exclusions
We will not be able to issue a RA # for discontinued or special ordered items, unless they are defective.
