Return Authorization: Before initiating a return, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from PWUSA. This number is essential for processing returns, and we cannot accept any merchandise without a valid RA#. Eligible Returns: PWUSA will accept returns for the following reasons: a) Defective Product: If the product you received is defective, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund upon verification. b) Mis-shipments: In the rare event of receiving an incorrect product, we will provide an RA# and arrange for a hassle-free return or replacement. c) Non-Defective Product: For any reason other than a mis-shipment, non-defective merchandise can be returned with a valid RA#.

RA Validity Period: RA#'s will remain valid for 20 days from the date of issue. Please ensure that you initiate the return process within this period to avoid any complications.

Restocking Fees: Non-defective merchandise returned for reasons other than a mis-shipment will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions: a) The item must have a valid RA# issued by PWUSA. b) The product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. c) The return shipment must be initiated within 15 days of our original shipping date.
